It is a beautiful location, without pretensions. It is very clean and quiet. We were passing through and stayed only one night. The room we were accommodated in, 2 adults and 2 children, was very ok, overlooking the main street, very quiet, you don’t feel it when the cars pass by.

A bit expensive for what it offers, well located, close to the center. Very kind owner.

This is the second time we have come to Tușnad, 7 years ago we stayed at the Ritz. Everything was as we knew it. A chic villa, not luxurious, but the cleanliness is impeccable both in the rooms and in the kitchen, dining room, or outdoor areas. Last time we stayed in room 4, this time we stayed in the attic apartment. There are flowers everywhere, at the windows and in the yard. There is a lawn in the yard, ideal for walking barefoot. There is a gazebo with a barbecue, sink and tables, where you can prepare and serve meals. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, and dishes for both cooking and serving.

The owner is present, lives in the building, but is very discreet. He is very attentive and concerned with making the tourists’ stay pleasant. I found the used towels replaced, although I had not left them on the floor and had not requested them. We received help with various things that were not related to accommodation, but we had requested or asked.

The villa is in the city center. There is a Profi store, pharmacy, parks, wellness, police, terraces nearby. There is an Orthodox church next to the villa, and a Catholic one across the street. We were not bothered by the bells, but I know there are sensitive people.
For us it was a dream stay and we plan to return.

The accommodation was very ok, heat at your discretion, cleanliness in the room, kitchen and garden! We will definitely come back, and we hope that we will come back then, so that there will be snow!

Excellent location in the center of the resort, large room, access to a very large kitchen with dining room, welcoming staff. You can pay with a holiday card. It is located right next to the church in the center of the resort and behind it is a park with a playground for children. Free parking near the guesthouse, where there is also a minibus station.

Lack of heat, it saves money, if the bills have increased. There is parquet in the rooms that creaks when moving around the room. It is located on DN, it is transited by trucks, every time it passes the house shakes, where the peace is, I don’t know. The resort doesn’t offer much.

It is a 2 star guesthouse. It is well worth the money. The owner is kind and friendly. The room has high ceilings, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is clean and spacious..
We stayed last night/October 28/and it was very warm and nice. I understand that the guesthouse has a fridge and a kitchen but we did not use them.

Very clean, spacious room, hot shower. There is a gazebo with a barbecue in the yard. The host is very hospitable. I am super happy with this accommodation.

The guesthouse is located on the main street of Tușnad, 150 m from the Tușnad town hall. The guesthouse is very chic thanks to the fact that the owners personally take care of its cleaning and maintenance. The apartment we stayed in was very clean. Our towels were changed after two days, on the initiative of the owners, not on request.

Speaking of the Ritz Guesthouse, I could rename it the Perfumed Guesthouse, because the whole building smells very nice. For those who love decency, peace and cleanliness to the superlative, the immaculate white bedding and towels, it is the ideal place. The kitchen and dining room, where attention to detail satisfies every requirement, the rooms in whose decoration tastefully combines traditional elements with modern amenities, including respect for quiet hours and the fact that every morning you are asked how you rested or if you encountered any inconveniences, all this plus the warm family atmosphere, make you leave with regret that it is over, but with the insistent desire to come back, if only to enjoy the hospitality and friendly attitude of the hosts. Host: Mr. Sarbu Sorin, a good, flexible and discreet host. Recommendations for improvement: Not the fault of the host, we encountered problems on the first day, in the middle of the day, when the TV cable fell, in the middle of the tennis tournament at Wimbledon, which lasted all night. In the morning it was fixed. The signal was very weak, with interference, generally on the antennas, we watched a little of the show Neata with Razvan and Dani.
Not the fault of the host, on 04.07.19, when we got up we had no cold water and obviously no hot water. Luckily we had a 5 L can of spring water and we managed.

What can I say…superrrr arrived after a long road through the country, my wife and my 1 year old daughter + 1 copy of Italian were looking for a place to sleep overnight. after many phone calls and unsuccessful searches (avoid the Tusnad hotel, the receptionist was rude after 30 minutes of waiting, not even a good evening…) we found this clean place at the entrance, it was late around 10pm, we entered, called and he appeared, we woke up the owner… we apologized and to our surprise he was really happy that we had crossed the threshold, the host was everything we were looking for…..we were quickly accommodated in good conditions… I recommend it with great pleasure to everyone. ….health to the owners

Even though it is an old building, from 1930 I understand, it is super clean. Our little boy is allergic to house dust, but we had no problem with him. It has classic windows, which gives him fresh air, and the heat in the room and the hot water are at your discretion (the radiators have a thermostat and can be adjusted). The room space is generous (we stayed in room 6), with classic parquet and furniture exactly as you need. There is a super equipped kitchen on the 1st floor, two large refrigerators and a room where you can serve meals. The villa is close to all tourist points of interest, including shops and restaurants. Nearby, there is a generous public parking lot, where you can leave your car. The host, Sorin, is also a 10, as is the price and the conditions offered (however, it is a 2-star guesthouse, this is for those who want 5 stars for the price of one star). It is a well-located location for those who do not own a car like we were, as it is 5 minutes from the train station and also very close to a well-equipped supermarket with various products. We wanted to eat what we prepared ourselves and we found not only a well-equipped kitchen, but also clean and a welcoming host in this regard.
We also wanted to do treatment, and the treatment facilities, at the Ciucas and Tusnad hotels, are very close, 3 and 5 minutes away on foot, respectively. We felt good, we had a clean room, the linen was changed once every 7 days and we did not even feel when the 14 days of vacation had passed.
We will return because the services, the price/quality ratio, the cleanliness, the availability of the hosts and all the other details of interest for a successful vacation were super-quality.

Overall, for those who want good accommodation in the Tușnad area, Lacul Sfânta Ana, at a decent price, is a very good choice. Recommendations for improvement: Very close to the National Road, so almost constant background noise for those with windows facing the road (however, with the windows closed you can sleep without problems).
